  • Among is very popular 25+ on Saturday and Monday
  • LOL still gets people
  • Fall Guys may need to change days
    • Next week hold in on Thursday for season 2 kickoff.

  • Needs to be online
    • Discord or ZOOM
      • Discord is better
      • Make separate channels for waiting room and meeting, have a role for people who have verified identity.
      • Preferably have people have their camera on the whole time.
    • Verifying people
      • Using camera.
      • Have a group at uni at couches for people without cameras.
  • Voting method
    • Google forms might be the best voting method.
    • Use a text channel in discord for voting, wipe channel after each round of voting.
    • Have a separate waiting room for nominees while voting taking place.
  • Welcome to country
    • Should be done, even though we are online. A general one might be best or do the one for Ultimo.
  • Exec reports
    • Everyone will do a report, Producer report is optional, but we will still do it.
• Broken lock on roleplay/magic/painting cupboard.
  • Viv will follow up with Activate.
  • Get the lock on the empty cupboard fixed as well.
  • Need to move expensive stuff to a different cupboard.
• Stocktake
  • Planned date 16^th of November.
  • Need to check with specialists if they are free to help out.

  • Need to check on date and if it will still be worth holding.
• Grants
  • Capital grant will expire soon, and we have not spent it.
  • Possible things to buy: Keyboards (gaming), mice, headphones (both on ear and over ear). Keyboards and headphones more important.
  • Need to check how grant works do determine budget.
  • Storage (stuff to put within out existing shelving and cupboard space)
    • Can ask facilities if they have old ones not being used.
  • Boardgames – might be better to wait until after stocktake.

  • Run as a kahoot over discord.
  • Individual rather than in teams.
  • Prizes for each round winner as overall.
  • 5 or 6 rounds with 20 questions each.
    • Kahoot is multiple choice and questions go through fairly quick so 20 questions.

    • Ask Anime and Playmakers.

  • Need people to help do score reporting.

    • Have chat rooms for in between rounds for people to chat with.

    • Passage with letters in italics.
    • Vigenere cipher with name of fish as codeword
    • Containers that hold different amounts of liquid, have to measure out a certain volume
    • A riddle that is a recipe for a poison/food, each ingredient is an answer to a rhyme.
    • Card swipe form among us.
  • To be run as a points system, points for solving puzzles figuring out the story.
  • Character:
    • A red catfish called Herr Ing (he’s German). Every mention of Herr Ing (he’s German) has to be followed by the phrase (he’s German).
    • There is a man who wears a mask and his only purpose is to hold the fish.
    • The fish speaks by a voice transmitter
    • Herr Ing (he’s German) may decide to kill his holder.
    • The fish wants the inheritance to buy himself an aquarium.
    • Mysterio X met Herr Ing (he’s German) in Germany and took him home as a pet.
    • Acts like Dr evil from Austin powers.
