President’s Report

• We have several sponsors that have supported us over the year these being Shopping Express, Cognitive gaming, Mountain Dew
• Major purchases to improve the club

Secretary’s Report

Membership total: 358

• Internal: 322
• External: 33
• Staff: 3

Treasurer’s Report

• Starting balance is about $3800
• Ending balance is about $7000
• Our main income base is from the collaboration SMASH events and drink purchases
• Purchases include the fridge, graphics cards for the computers, various board games and a new switch console
• Major events such as Geek Trivia didn’t hurt the balance too much as we had minimised the overall losses
• Future purchases include new hard drives/solid state drives and cases for the computers

Events Master’s Report

• Rebranded weekly events to fit the current membership base
• Idea to restart monthly events
• Didn’t run as many bake sales as we would like
• The club have done several collaboration events with other societies such as Games Day
• We only held one Geek Trivia, however, this improved the overall event
