Minutes:

• Financial report
  • No new transactions in the last 2 weeks.
  • Next payment for Minecraft server will be august.
  • Gachon will send us an invoice for the website domain.
• ActivateUTS games week
  • 29^th June – 3^rd
  • We will offer CS:GO or TF2.
  • Tuesday afternoon.
  • Jordan will borrow the stream pc to host events.
• Geek Week
  • Minecraft 6^th
  • Terraria 9^th
  • Run party games in the background e.g. skirbbil.io, jackbox.
  • Will be using each clubs discord server for their event.
  • We will not be running weekly events in this week and instead promote the geek events.
• Spring Orientation
  • Best option of for us is to make a video.
  • Gather footage of different games including Minecraft, terraria, smash.
  • Use irl photos including ggxp.
• Orientation welcome events
  • Team to come back next week with ideas for what do to for newbie events.
• Weekly events
  • Minecraft will stay as pixelmon and no go back to Minecraft Mondays.
  • Jordan will do a trial run for space engineers Monday 6pm.
  • Terraria on Tuesday starting at 6pm.
  • Jackbox on Wednesday.
  • Smash on Saturday Night.
• Make a post about the usage rules for the Harry Heath room.
