Minutes:

• We going to the bank at 10am on Wednesday to find out why we don’t have access yet.
• Membership card update
  • Card with a space for a sticker sticker to update each year
  • Over the course of the next week search for best option
  • Motion that we will buy the membership cards with the sticker for this year

  • Do we need to send externals list to security?
    • Yes
  • Tech update
    • NGFF (B Key) M.2 SSD to SATA Adapter 2.5″ SATA 7mm HDD Enclosure Converter Case
      • Need for Kratos as he has different motherboard.
      • Viv is paying for it because we don’t have access to bank account yet.
    • Steffy has been putting in the SSD drives 3 more to go
    • Windows 10 almost finished on Geralt then needs to be copied across once we approve that one
    • Next Sunday Steffy will be in and can show us
    • Firmware is password protected – steffy has made it as hard as possible to make changes without doing deepfreeze
    • Deepfreeze replacement not required anymore as windows security is now good enough.
    • Windows activation not necessary
    • Do a backup on Fridays
  • GGXP
    • Need to confirm all equipment with activate
      • Have a meeting with Emma
    • Runsheet is functional but is not aesthetic and not good enough for display to the public
    • Loading dock needs to be confirmed
    • Internet access needs to be confirmed
    • Aabhii to make regular posts on facebook
