Elijah created a template for everyone to create a description of what our roles entail so that we can give it to future exec
One month before the next AGM the draft on the exec guides must be completed
To-Do list can be done by a google doc for the time being that will be posted in the exec discord channel so that we can manage things each individual has to do
The new cupboard should either hold the board games or the computer screens so that we don’t have people crowding around just one cupboard.

A list of Lieutenants has been created
The role of lieutenant is vague but this can be good because people can be given general roles to do rather than specific tasks that they can only do
KARL will be making a poster for lieutenant enrolment. It is to entice people to start helping with the club as a lieutenant. Be careful with the wording to make it inviting. Write the benefits of the role (writing it on resume). MEMES WILL BE LOVED.
